Refund Policy
At GingerPopStudio, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase (with certain exclusions) within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item must be in like new condition, unless defective when sold. "Like new" means unused, undamaged, unaltered, salable and with all seals attached.
GingerPopStudio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
In the event that the item arrives damaged - we will request photos of the damaged packaging/product and then determine whether a replacement item should be shipped, or a refund issued.
Certain items are not returnable, which are designated as Final Sale.
If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of a bundle or other dollar or percentage off promotion, a prorated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you unless all of the qualifying items are returned.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at gingerpopstudio.com.
Returns are only accepted back via mail.
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your printed invoice. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
